Information we collect
When you submit a service request, business inquiry, driver application, or contact form, you may provide your name, phone number, email, company, addresses, service details, vehicle information, and related notes. A copy of that submission is stored in your browser so you can review the confirmation. Our team follows up by phone at the Main Office or the sales and support line.
Payments
Standard services require payment before service confirmation. Online payments are processed by Stripe. This website does not collect or store full card numbers. Payouts are directed to Enorej LLC’s Bluevine business banking account. Approved business clients may be billed by invoice instead of paying at the time of request.
How information is used
We use inquiry details to review a request, confirm pricing, schedule service, evaluate a partnership or driver application, and respond to questions. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Information may be shared with payment processors, banking partners, and service personnel who need it to complete a requested delivery or ride. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
You may clear the local confirmation stored in your browser at any time. To ask about a request, call the Main Office at 314-873-8799. Do not share full payment card numbers by phone message or form.
