Services
Core Allocation Network, powered by Enorej LLC, offers last-mile delivery, personal transportation, grocery delivery, product pickup and delivery, and business route support in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas, subject to capacity. Personal transportation is an independent service and is not affiliated with any rideshare marketplace. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Payment before confirmation
Standard services require payment before service confirmation. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, with payouts directed to Enorej LLC’s Bluevine business banking account. Service is scheduled only after the confirmed amount is paid, unless you are an approved business client on invoice or contract terms. Quotes may change if addresses, item size, timing, or access conditions differ from the request.
Business accounts
Invoice or account billing is available only when Core Allocation Network approves it. Examples of business-account relationships include parcel distributors, route operators, and DSP-style partners. Approval is based on scope and relationship, not on a company name alone.
Acceptable items and conduct
Customers must accurately describe items and destinations. We may refuse prohibited, hazardous, illegal, or unsafe items, and we may decline a request that cannot be executed professionally. Drivers and contractors must hold the license and insurance their role requires.
Website use
The site is provided for information and service intake. We may update content, coverage, and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Enorej LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from a request that was not confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
